Sales Consultant

Wismatix EOOD is a software development and consultancy company specializing in the provision of our innovative online Quality Management System, Wismatix QMS, and comprehensive consultancy services. As our business continues to grow, we are actively seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Consultant to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional solutions to our valued customers, and this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our expansion efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop a target list for prospecting.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Engage with potential customers to introduce our products and services, emphasizing the unique value proposition of Wismatix QMS and our consultancy offerings.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings and product demonstrations with qualified leads.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our management system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the management.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in both Bulgarian and English, with effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional context. Proficiency in other European languages such as German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and a drive to succeed are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales profession.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent computer user skills is a requirement and familiarity with ERP, CRM and/or QMS software and sales tools is an advantage.
